Junto a Partizipa.com hemos desarrollado el proyecto en Sofía. Simplemente me gustaría hacer una breve presentación de nuestra empresa y a la par invitar a todos los miembros de Partizipa.com a tomar parte en este negocio. Invergoal es una empresa Búlgara que nació hace dos años como vehículo de inversión privado. Tras un excepcional primer año de vida en términos económicos, la firma se diversificó hacia los servicios de consultoría colaborando con grandes inversores  a encontrar, seleccionar, ejecutar y explotar grandes proyectos de inversión inmobiliaria en Bulgaria (Sofía y Plovdiv), donde también hemos obtenido un gran éxito.  Invergoal, together with Partizipa.com, we have developed the project in Sofia.   We would like to make a short introduction of our company and, at the same time, invite all members of Partizipa.com to take part in this excellent business. Invergoal is a young, dynamic Bulgarian company born only 2 years ago a serve as a private investment society. After an exceptional first year of life, in economical terms, the firm decided to diversify towards consulting services working to find, select and finalise large investments in residential real estate -mainly in Sofia and Plovdiv-, where we have also has obtained a remarkable success.  Just 6 months ago we established contact with partizipa.com and, after first meeting and several conversations, we decided to work in a medium-term project capable of offer an attractive balance between high profitability and low risk, creating great investment opportunity to many investors that appreciate the potential of the real estates markets in eastern Europe -particularly Bulgaria as start performer in the region-.The very first that took our attention were impressive synergies that Partizipa.com can offers to its stakeholders. Most of middle-class families, as son as their dispensable income improves, will search new accommodation pushing up the demand. ·                                 The poor banking system in Bulgaria is a key factor to understand the price the real estate. However, and thanks to the increasing competitiveness in the last years, this situation is changing recently and banks are open to lend more money in much convenient terms. ·                                 Relative low cost of housing in Bulgaria against the salaries support both the current prices and future increases. (i.e. in Bulgaria, today, only 175 wages are needed to pay off a full house).·                                 The generous profitability obtained in the Bulgaria housing market via letting ensures a continuous flow of external investment into the country, at least, in short term.  On regards to the project itself, we are confident it’s a great opportunity because of its exceptional balance between price, quality and location.
